I have been a European Automotive Technician for 35 years. My formal education was completed in Wolverhampton, England at Wulfrun College. I've worked in many dealerships in England including Land Rover Service, Mini Cooper Service, and many others. I owned and operated NWA Car Clinic in Northwest Arkansas for the last ten years before relocating to Crawford County. I am passionate about vehicle safety and maintaining cars so they'll last for years. I believe we take care of each other by driving road worthy vehicles. I am not interested in placing you, your family, me or my family at risk by driving poorly maintained and unsafe vehicles on the road. I want to fix a car right or not at all.
Relationships over Transactions
We believe going to the auto repair shop should be a calming and reassuring experience. Humans by nature are fearful of what they do not know or understand. The more education we can provide, the more relaxed you are when something breaks. As we tell our kids, if you break it, don't hide it or be afraid. We can fix almost anything! And broken things that can't be repaired can be replaced. YOU'RE more important to us than the money it takes to repair or replace something. Take a deep breath and come tell us what's going on. It's usually not as bad as it may seem. And if by chance it is bad news, well, you didn't waste money or time trying to fix something that did not need to be replaced. When I met my wife (and now business partner), Bambi, I learned a lot about her experiences with car care. I believe she explains our vision best when she shares what we do and why. Here's what she says:
