GUARANTEE:
We take great pride in our work and want you to be satisfied with the results. For that reason, we offer the following limited warranty on all work we perform, unless otherwise stated. All Service or Maintenance work is covered for six months or 5,000 miles, whichever comes first. All repairs are covered for 24 months or 24K miles, whichever occurs first.
If, during the applicable warranty period, this vehicle malfunctions due to a defective part we installed or labor we improperly performed, then we will, upon delivery of the vehicle to our repair facility within the warranty period, repair or replace the defective part and/or re-perform the labor at no additional charge to you. The following limits apply:
LIMITS of WARRANTY
This guarantee applies only to the original purchaser of the service and / or repairs, and only to the actual work performed and parts installed under your work order. No other warranty is implied or expressed. This guarantee does not cover towing, storage charges, car rental fees, damage to property, damage to any components due to contaminated fuels or lubricants, loss of use, loss of time, loss of income, loss of profit, or any other consequential or incidental damage which may be incurred because of defective parts or workmanship. We are not liable for any costs or charges incurred at other repair facilities without our written consent. Some dealership parts are only covered by a 12/12 warranty. Computer and Electrical parts are limited to a 12 months or 12K mile warranty.
GUARANTEE VOIDED BY
Overheating, lack of lubrication, off-road use, misuse, negligence, failure to perform normal or required maintenance, failure to perform repairs recommended, and unauthorized modification of completed work.
